Cakes

In the past, we designed our cakes using only butter-cream icing. Now, under our new ownership, we do use fondant, modeling chocolate and air brushing to provide unique one of a kind styles. If you have a specific design in mind, we prefer that you bring it in to the bakery and consult with one of our decorators. If coming to the bakery is not possible, we can also work with you though the phone and email. We will try to match the design as close as possible. The one thing we cannot do is duplicate a registered trademark. For those designs, we use edible images. And we have most of the current cartoon characters available in edible images, eg. Superman, Transformers, Hannah Montana, etc.
